Love.-- still in the air!

Pebrero!

Churchy

St. Peter's Church, Palace of Rock and Shrine of Leaders

The National Shrine of St. Jude Thaddeus (Manila)

I am.

I grew up being a Roman Catholic. Instilled in me the values of life. Been an active youth servant leader for almost half of my life. Active delegate of church activities.

I admit, I am churchy.

This may be the reason as why I love even it's architecture.

Let's see the churches I visited. Leggo

⛪The National Shrine of St. Jude Thaddeus (Located in Mendiola, near The Malacanang Palace)

A small area for the devotees with big hearts. St. Jude is the patron saint of hopeless cases. Through his intercession as the cousin of Jesus we lift our intentions and pray for those who invoke thy aid.

The facade has the huge image of St. Jude and the internal of the church is a cream colored wall decorated by stained-glasses with the images of passion, death, resurrection, and the beginning of human life. At the center would be the wooden crucifix of animatedly made representation of Jesus.

COME AND JOIN THE NOVENA EVERY THURSDAY!
5-6AM, 6-7AM, 7-8AM, 8-9AM (PM)

⛪St. Peter's Church, The Palace of Rock and the Shrine of Leaders. (Located at Commonwealth Avenue, near EverGotesco Mall)

A perfect place to feel that one can be strong and steadfast even in a hussle-hurry world...which is a strong value of a leader, to think straight or properly amidst the noise of his environment. At St. Peter, most of the relief packaging during calamaities were being conducted.

The grandeur of the altar would its best asset the ceiling itself would make you think that you are in heaven or somewhere faraway. The altar looks like the arc used during the reposition of the blessed sacrament. On the highest part of the wall you'd see the names of the saints gathered around like tile-design. The sanctuary can be found on the left hand side (reference:as you are facing the altar)

Celebrating Chinese New Year

Gong Xi Fa Cai (恭禧發財)

Great meal I had in Wai Ling Resto in Binondo. Grabe ako na ang naka-two cups of rice at ayaw na ayaw pang tumayo sa kinauupuan ko kanina. Sarap ulitin next year.

Cranes

Symbology in Japanese culture. Designs on kimono, including family crests, are often crucial to understanding the occasion where the garment would have been worn, by whom and at what time of the year. I am not a Japanese but i am accustomed with the idea of symbols in the influence of my LITERARY courses in the field of my especialisation.

Cranes in Japanese textiles generally represent longevity and good fortune. Out of the many shapes, animals and works of art created by origami (the art of paper folding), the crane is produced most often. It is customary within Japanese culture to fold one thousand paper cranes when making a special wish.

I may have NO ONE THOUSAND folded paper cranes during my birthday. I can say that I am loved THOUSAND TIMES by those who created these for me.

Teach-Her

Waking up with such a rainy scene makes me really wanna go back to sleep. But it is not me it isn't meant for me: my body that has to suffer the consequence of going back to bed, it's more of the 40+ multiplied by 5 human being waiting for me to come by.--I hope they do.
